The Nantahala River - The Nantahala is one of the most popular rivers in the Southeast. It runs through the beautiful Nantahala National Forest near Bryson City NC. You'll raft over 20 whitewater rapids, ending in the classic "Lesser Wesser." The Nantahala's cool and clear water and numerous rapids has made it a whitewater mecca.
